Jersey City Pilates is excited to announce a free Pilates mat class every Saturday at 9:15am Eastern!

Class will be a 45-minute mat class designed for all levels.

Class Descriptions

Mat Pilates

Our mat Pilates class focus on working your whole body in all planes of movement. Classes are rooted in the Pilates principals and fundamentals with the Jersey City Pilates twist. Class will leave you feeling stronger and aligned. Many classes include a prop that you would have at home, such as a dish towel, yoga block (or cookbook), and modifications.

Mat Pilates classes are for all levels and experience. This class is 45 minutes.

High Energy Pilates

High Energy Pilates, our signature class, is a fast paced, high intensity mat class that will keep you moving and have your heart rate up throughout class. Designed for you to move to the beat, this class consists of both traditional and non-traditional pilates exercises that will have you sweating and your muscles working hard. The choreography will change periodically so you can see your progress and get familiar with the routine.

High Energy Pilates is recommended for those who have previous experience with Pilates. This class is 60 minutes.

If you are currently dealing with any injuries, are pre/post natal, or have osteoporosis/osteopenia, please email before taking a class. We want to ensure all our clients needs are met.
